European lobster

Our European lobsters come from Norway and Scotland. These lobsters have a preference for a rocky seabed and depths up to 70 metres. They have a blue-black marbled upper surface, sometimes tending towards red, and a yellowish lower surface. The European lobsters, or Homarus gammarus, stay in our special lobster basin right up until packing.
